Choose a time frame and youвЂ™ll then receive that email to your inbox at the specified time as an unread message. Select an email and then at the top of the window, click вЂњSnoozeвЂќ in the toolbar. Is it one of those days when youвЂ™re receiving way too many Outlook notifications? Snooze them! Tip: If you donвЂ™t see the вЂњIgnore ConversationвЂќ button, use the Customize Your Toolbar steps above to add it. In the Toolbar, Message menu, or Message shortcut menu, select вЂњIgnore Conversation.вЂќ Emails youвЂ™ve already read or that come in later will be automatically deleted. Want to get rid of an email or two including any new messages that come in from the same person? You can ignore conversations with a click. This keeps everything nice and neat without the need for a brand new Compose window. If you find yourself searching for emails from certain people or received on specific days often, youвЂ™ll like the improved search in Outlook. Drag buttons from the bottom to the top to add them, or do the reverse to remove them from the toolbar.
